AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. They are the Walmart of attorneys and firms. They don't call you back, they charge you for inquiring about bogus charges on your bill, if you actually do get to talk to someone, they charge you a thirty minute block for a thirty second conversation. I left their dump of a firm over a month ago, when I inquired about the remainder of my prepaid balance, all I got were automated emails telling me they mailed me a refund check weeks ago with a final statement, but it never came, they refuse to provide a final statement and nobody will call me back to tell me whats going on. Horrible, horrible experience.

Very competent and friendly. Nice profession atmosphere. And a get it done attitude.

Bad experience with Jason Johnson. Paid them over &700.00 for nothing. He wouldn't even make phone calls to the people involved. Waste of my time totally. Never go there they do not help!

The lawyers don't do what they say they're going to do and then if you ask them why they didn't do anything then they drop you as a client you can't ask them any questions they have Superior. They just don't like to be questioned about their work and they don't like to give you a full report of what you've paid for and then they don't talk to you for a moth at a time and then they wonder why you're upset with them and then after they fired you as a client they try and say you owe them more money when they can't even give you a straight bill that explains what they are changing you for and then they charge you for information on your case that you provided for your case

My attorney was great, my issue is with the billing and where I was left off on the business side. Issues with systems and organization made things confusing and difficult.

Jonas went above and beyond to try and help our parents with updated estate documents. When he determined that they really couldn't understand what was what, he gracefully declined to push things any further. That is the definition of ethics and trustworthiness! I would highly recommend Jonas to anyone looking for an elder care attorney and I suggest to you, don't wait too long!!! ;-)
