I'd like to start by expressing the gratitude and privilege it is to work with Rich and his team on my LNI case. Rich is a very thoughtful and thorough attorney. Before i met with Rich I was going threw the nightmare of LNI alone with high anxiety. When I met with Rich the first time he was very compassionate and caring, he listened to what I had to say and didn't rush me. We talked about all my options moving forward which he made me feel confident in accomplishing. He let me decide where to move forward and had a can-do attitude to get things done. After that, he got the ball rolling, and it didn't take long. Any time I need something, Rich is always available, and Kristine is great at scheduling in a timely manner. I am so grateful for the amount of knowledge and understanding that Rich and his team at Carlisle & Byers PLLC have. They really care and are in your corner. Rich is great at negotiating and will do everything within the laws of LNI to make sure you get what you need. Chris Carlisle and his assistant Melina were great to work with. My payroll/legal issues were taken care of with professionalism even though it was not a large amount of money involved.
