Very respectful courteous friendly and funny. Put me at easy about talking about the sensitive issues I had to deal with. He really put my mind at ease by being up front and honest . I felt that I was listened to and that I was heard . When everything was finish I was very satisfied , better than I expected.

My wife and I recently met with Michael and Danielle at The Whipple Law Group about our Estate planning. What I liked from the very beginning was that both of them put us at ease right away with their friendliness and their humor. They talked about wanting to teach us about estate planning but assured us that it wouldn’t get so complicated that we didn’t understand. They were very honest and to the point and covered some difficult situations that come up in estate planning and handled it with care and dignity. In the end my wife and I were very pleased with the service that we received and they will be our lawyers for life.

Due to some nefarious actions and accusations by my husband's daughters I found myself in a horrible mess. A guardian ad -litem was appointed who determined his daughter should not be appointed guardian, thus causing a court appointed guardian. I hired the Whipple Law Group for help. They helped me replace the questionable guardian with an appropriate guardian. They guided me in the necessary steps to prove I had not stolen $100,000 from my husband. They were with me in responding to APS regarding a complaint filed by said daughters which proved to be unsubstantiated. Both Michael Whipple and Danielle Bloomfield not only helped sort out the legal issues, but always gave me hope.and were caring, kind and supportive.

I had a very poor experience interviewing for this business. I was first interviewed on via phone, the entire office was on speaker phone with me the majority of the time. The head lawyer continuously asked me questions that were not related to the job or my experience. This seemed very odd and unprofessional to me. I decided to go in for an in person interview regardless. I sat in the interview for two hours. Again, not a very professional experience. The head lawyer and his attorney were very condescending to me. The attorney that sat in the interview with him criticized my voice commenting that it was "too soft". While, the head lawyer assessed my demeanor and commented that I seemed nervous. He seemed to imply it was not appealing to him. I have never been in an interview that was this bizarre. If this is how they treated possible future employees I have doubts as to how they would treat their clients.

I had a poor experience with this office. At the end of a consultation, the gentleman who appeared to be the lead attorney, offered me services And told me their prices, and about two minutes later said that he was now declining to represent me, then he walked out of the room. It was very weird! I asked the attorney Who had remained in the room if that sort of thing happened very often. Her response was, ‘If he thinks for some reason you will not be happy with our services.’ I’m not sure what that means; If he thought I would not be happy with his services, why did he offer them in the first place? With a specific price even. Then moments later change his mind? Very strange! Something sketchy about this place.

The work Wipple Law Group did on preparing all the Discovery and indexing those in binders as well as getting responses from the Medical subpoenas was excellent. I often refer to the indexing. It is a very good system they have developed for cataloging extensive complex financial statements.

The Whipple Law Group helped me with my will and estate planning. The staff was very accommodating while I was there. The attorney was very helpful, and made every part of the process easy to understand. I have a great deal of confidence in my plans for the future thanks to the Whipple Law Group.
