No one wants to have to call a personal injury attorney, but if you have to, I’d recommend Layman. These guys stuck with my case, did everything they could and kept things clear so I could understand. This firm fought for me and I think if you want a good, communicative and no nonsense firm, these guys are it.

Let me start off with this. If you want someone to stick with you for the long term layman law firm is the place to go. I got in a car accident almost 2 years ago; And with Covid it made trying to do anything a pain. It caused back ups and struggles that made the process so much longer. Yet Layman law firm stuck with me answered every single one of my calls, help me with any questions I had and was all around super friendly. When you go there you know they’re on your side backing you up. They didn’t j stick me with one lawyer and say “figure it out” no they put together a team that made sure I was in the loop as well as trying to get me my top $. Layman law firm is full of warriors who will fight for your rights and make sure you have every tool in your pocket to win. I couldn’t get anyone to call me back to schedule an appointment. I called, left messages, and sent them a message through their website and have yet to hear from anyone. Will have to find a good business lawyer somewhere else now.

After losing my husband in a tragic car accident, I found that peace & closure were the most difficult tasks in my life. So gracious in his approach to remain objective yet sensitive to the information being provided & he encouraged me to share the personal memories of my husband that I had kept buried in grief. Meeting with David & having the opportunity to review the pros & cons of my case allowed me to walk away feeling confident that I had done the right thing by my husband & myself. I was able to put to rest the fears I had about moving forward and putting to rest the loss of my husband in what was truly a tragic accidental death where there was no fault to either him or the driver of the truck that struck him. I would highly recommend giving yourself the opportunity to consult with David Kulisch even if you think you have no chance at winning your case. For me there is no losing outcome as I gained the peace & closure I so desperately needed in order to move forward & I am certain others would as well with similar cases. i cannot say thank you enough David, for your time & sincerity & would gladly come to you again should I ever need to seek legal coucil in the future.
