After losing my husband in a tragic car accident, I found that peace & closure were the most difficult tasks in my life. After 17 months I had the privelage of meeting David for a consulatation on our case, & although I did not have expectations, I walked away from our meeting with those two very important issues no longer heavy on my heart. David truly gives himself when he gives his time to clients, even those who only sit before him for just a consultation. He was sensitive to my situation, he related to it with his experiences & background in working on cases of similar nature, was extremely empathetic, genuine, sincere but most of all was truthful & honest with me. He explained the process of taking on a case like mine & what that would entail, not keeping back how painful it could become for me in order to win. He showed a genuine interest not only in the case but more importantly in my husbands life, in who he was. No stone was left unturned in learning all he could to get a clear picture of the person he would be fighting for & he was patient while listening to a widow tell her stories while fighting back the tears in memory. So gracious in his approach to remain objective yet sensitive to the information being provided & he encouraged me to share the personal memories of my husband that I had kept buried in grief. Meeting with David & having the opportunity to review the pros & cons of my case allowed me to walk away feeling confident that I had done the right thing by my husband & myself. I was able to put to rest the fears I had about moving forward and putting to rest the loss of my husband in what was truly a tragic accidental death where there was no fault to either him or the driver of the truck that struck him. I would highly recommend giving yourself the opportunity to consult with David Kulisch even if you think you have no chance at winning your case. For me there is no losing outcome as I gained the peace & closure I so desperately needed in order to move forward & I am certain others would as well with similar cases. i cannot say thank you enough David, for your time & sincerity & would gladly come to you again should I ever need to seek legal coucil in the future.
