Cooney Law & Associates are there for you when you need it most! I hired Dallas Cooney and Jennifer Fassbender to represent me on a DUI charge and I am so thankful I did! Jennifer represented me in court while Dallas took care of all of the DOL filings. Not only did Jennifer work diligently going back and forth with the prosecutor to negotiate the terms of a reduced charge (reckless driving) but they answered all of my questions promptly, guided me through the preliminary court processes, court requirements and court appearances. Throughout the process they sent letters, emails and called me personally to update me on the current status of the case. In addition, they provided me with follow-up service AT NO ADDITIONAL COST when I had to explain my reckless driving conviction on job applications. I hired Brandon Kidd (one of the Cooney associates) to represent my girlfriend. Because of a plea deal, he did not actually have to represent her at all. That didn't stop him from keeping the over $4000 he was paid though he never filed any paperwork in her case. He almost never answered her phone calls either. Be careful folks.

Jim stated the pros and cons of my case and it's strengths and weaknesses. He kept me up to date on the progress while he built a strong, solid case on my behalf. I was very pleased with the outcome and will highly recommend Cooney Law Firm to anyone I know looking for legal counsel.
