I luckily found Mark after having been put into a very challenging place by a previous attorney. Mark was very direct and honest in assessing the situation. He told me we couldn't fix the damage that had been done but that we could correct the path and win going forward. I learned to trust him and he made good on every challenge. Mark is extremely disciplined in his approach, his preparation is detailed and he is effective in his presentation. Mark picked up my fight from a very disadvantaged place and ended up on top. I am truly grateful for the hard work he and his team put in for me.

Going into this I was beyond nervous. I continued to be nervous each time but Mark continued to explain the benefits of what I was doing and that I wasn’t the only one in this situation. From start to finish, I was constantly getting information explained to me so I could better understand and made the process a lot better.

Mark worked diligently on my husband's custody matter! He knows the law and works very hard in preparation for his cases. The office has a strong team that's willing to step in to make sure the needs of the client are met. They are tactful when it came to the court room and only let out the sharks when it's appropriate to do so. We were up against people who wanted to make up lies and crazy allegations but Mark worked twice as hard to put together the evidence to show otherwise. He was always respectful to the commissioners and judges, showing us he has a strong rapport in the courtroom. He is very client centered when it comes to his practice. Having a lawyer for almost any type of case is expensive! It is nice to know the office does their very best to work with their clients regarding payments and such. Found Twyford law online and saw the great reviews, so decided to give them a call. My poor daughter was falsely accused of very serious allegations. I told Mark our situation and he was more that willing to help defend our daughter. With only a 2 days notice before the court hearing he was able to gather enough information to completely squash all allegations against my daughter and have that record sealed so this could not affect her future with jobs or college! He was very friendly and professional and was nice enough to work with us on costs, because of our financial situation. I would recommend him to anyone! Everyone I dealt with during those few days in the office and on the phone, were just as comforting and friendly as he was. I am so glad I took a chance and called the law office of Twyford, hopefully I will never have to call them for help again, but if I find myself in a situation were my children need more help than I can provide them, Mark Cassell will be my first call!!!
