I hired julie and Mark to take care of a wreckless driving charge and they were extremely flexible while working with me as well as getting great results quickly and professionally.

Just moved to the area, had a question in regards to appointing a Godparent for my daughter. The gentleman that answered the phone was incredibly rude and may want to consider taking a class at the community college on phone etiquette and customer service. Thank's Sir for letting me know right away to steer clear from your office. Who knows what more unprofessionalism would have been uncovered.

Mark Cassell guided me through my divorce in a most professional and caring way. His office staff are also very kind and very helpful people. Mark has a deep and thorough knowledge of all details and procedures regarding divorce, and because of his skill and connections in the Spokane law community, was able to complete my entire case in less than a year! He knows what to do in every step along the way, and even when there were a few bumps in the road Mark had no trouble finding the proper solution. Mark was also able to get me in touch with highly qualified people regarding the refinance of my home and getting my Will in order. I highly recommend Mark to anyone!

I am writing a review in regards to Mark Cassell. Mr. Cassell represented me while he was attending college at DU. My verdict off not guilty was due to a superior effort by Mr. Cassell and his partner. Mr. Cassell personally secured a copy of a video which gave significant impact on the jury. As well were well prepared in citing past cases during the trial, cross examining witnesses and overall trial procedures. I was also given great advice during my time with Mr. Cassell It is my opinion that Mr. Cassell did an excellent job in representing me a few years ago and would highly recommend him as he showed great effort and intelligence in the handling of my case. Your children will thank you for using Julie Twyford as your divorce lawyer. Before my first visit to Julie's office I was filled with uncertainty and dread over the possible loss of custody of my kids. One visit with Julie put most of that fear to rest and I left feeling much more more confident of a positive outcome. When it looked like there was no possible resolution to a child support impasse, Julie was able to find a way to satisfy both parties and move the process forward. Julie focuses on the best outcome for the children, and she will do anything in her power to insure their security. Went to 4 DUI lawyers before I found Julie. Every court mandated agency I've gone to for my DUI say her team is very honest and the best at getting gets results. She worked hard to get me special treatment the entire way! And the support doesn't stop at the not-guilty verdict. She knows the judges personally. Julie used to work beside the judges back when they first started as attournies! She has built rapport with the justice community after 35 years of defending with all her heart. After a two year long trial process, observing the other attourneys and the state staff, I'm convinced. She is truly the best in the area at trials and getting deals with the prosecuting attourney. Extremely unprofessional. In my OPPINION she uses bullying tactics. Used a lot of foul language, wasn't dressed or groomed in a professional manner at all. Wasn't someone I would recommend by any means.
