We hired Elder law for Probate and at first they worked very good then our attorney left and we got a new one. He redid all the work the first one did and charged us more money to do it. The first lawyer said we had enough money to go to court and take care of the matter. Now that we got a new lawyerhe wants more money and hasn’t even set a court date. Look at their Yelp reviews and don’t hire.

We consulted with Lynn St. Louis and staff a few years ago to draw up estate plans for us. She and her entire crew, most especially Elizabeth Wallace, were excellent! We just made another appointment with them to discuss some further questions, and we wouldn't go anywhere else. We had gone to a couple of law offices previously, but were disappointed. Lynn and staff knew exactly how to deal with questions about protecting assets, Medicaid, wills, etc.

We went to Lynn St. Louis to get my parent's will set up and Lynn and her associates were amazing and so helpful! They made sure that we understood everything, and didn't overwhelm us with legal jargon. They worked with us to make sure that everything was in place for when we needed it. When my mother passed away, we called them to find out what the next step was. Before they even started they expressed their condolences and sent us a card! When we sat down with them to get my mother's estate squared away, they walked us through the process step by step. If we forgot what was going on, they were always happy to go over it again! They made sure to keep us posted when we needed to sign something, or what information we needed to bring them. Their rates are very reasonable and they are worth every penny! I am so glad that we found Lynn St. Louis! I cannot say enough good things! If you want experience, and also want to be treated as a person, and not a billing number, this is the place to go!

We hired Lynn after the passing of a family member. Lynn was more than wonderful. She was very easy to work with and payed very close attention to every detail. When outside help was necessary, she knew just who to call. She and her office staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional. My husband and I went to Ms. St. Louis for our estate plan based on reading her reviews on this website. Working with Ms. St. Louis is an experience for which I am grateful. Her office staff puts you at ease. They are very professional. Then you meet Piper! (her dog). We saw him grow to a 6 month old. What a character! I felt at ease immediately after meeting her. Ms. St. Louis is a kind and compassionate woman. Lynn walks you through everything you need to know and some things you would have never thought about. I am comfortable in knowing that we have everything in place due to her excellent work.

Lynn represented me as I took on the duties of Personal Representative for a family member's estate. Not only was Lynn compassionate with her directives and suggestions, she was proactive throughout her representation which left me feeling safe in her hands. The situation was one with many facets and unknowns, so her thoughtfulness and ability to be proactive prepared me for varying circumstances and left me feeling ready for the next step. Not only did Lynn offer sound legal advice, she was also helpful in a therapeutic manner as she understands that there is much more to probating an estate than the paperwork and legalities; each task comes with the need for processing emotions and you may never know when your grief will be triggered. Lynn understands her line of work to the very core and it shows that she pursued her calling. I am so very thankful for Lynn's assistance and representation.

Lynn was courteous and helpful throughout updating our wills, etc. She wants to be helpful and she did a thorough job of presenting us with documentation. I found her very trustworthy in general.

Lynn and her office did an extraordinary job for us, resolving a complicated and difficult muddle of a case and relieving us of a huge stress in our lives. Our situation had been bungled by another lawyer, and disentangling the pieces was overwhelming. Lynn and her office were able to assess the situation quickly and adroitly, form a plan, and execute masterfully. In our interactions with Lynn and her staff, we always felt confident with their expertise and attention. Even more, we felt that we were heard and respected. I was impressed by the clarity and rigor of all the documents Lynn's office prepared. Even had our case not gone in our favor I would have been impressed by their work; the fact that our case was successful despite being messed up by our former lawyer speaks to the quality of their work. Overall, this experience stands out as the best legal experience I have ever had.

I telephoned Lynn because I needed a second legal opinion, to help me judge the work of another attorney, and I essentially chose her from the yellow pages. I had read that finding an attorney who is willing to risk giving an opinion about the work of another attorney can be difficult, because of liability issues. Within minutes of meeting Lynn I knew that she was the attorney I had been hoping to find: she is not only fearless, fair and honest ("Potential liability -- that's what we have liability insurance for: in case we mess up and hurt our client's interests, and that's as it should be --I think a client should be compensated if their interests are harmed," she said), but she is also what has been called, in admiration, a "lifelong learner:" "I love reviewing the work of other attorneys, and having them review my work, as well," she said. "The law is always changing, and so is society, and one of the best ways to keep one's skills and knowledge current is keep informed about what others in the field are doing, and how they are doing it, and to have them give feedback about your own work, as well," she told me. And Lynn turned out to be wonderful to work with! Knowledgeable, fair, willing and eager to learn, having top people in her Rolodex to call should other areas of expertise be required -- I believe Lynn is everything I could ever want in an attorney. I recommend her highly, and wholeheartedly. I wished she had been the first attorney contacted!

When my Father and Mother In Law asked my wife and I for help with their Estate Planning in 2008 we turned to Lynn St. Louis Law Offices. She worked with them with professionalism and sincerity making sure that their wishes were granted. My In Laws were very grateful for Lynn and her Staff for complete follow-thru. August of 2011 my husband suffered a very serious accident, we had no insurance and I did not know where to turn. I needed immediate help with our situation.
