Mischelle has been an asset in helping us resolve a dispute with neighbors on lakefront property. The dispute concerned the destruction of a stairway, covered by an easement, that occurred within the setback zone between our home and theirs. In effect, our pathway to the beach was destroyed and the neighbors were reluctant to rebuild. Mischelle's knowledge of easements, county building and planning and disputes between neighbors helped lead us to resolution.
