probably the BEST In my experience. I have dealt with scores of attorneys in the past few decades. Dean Chuang is in the top 2%. What I really like is that he’s ethical not to mention he is a really good attorney technically. He will always made time to talk to me, is full of energy I knew my case inside out.A brilliant man.
