Brad took my case after a previous attorney steered me towards a speedy settlement and refused to pursue counter claims despite obvious grounds to counter. I am a General Contractor in Spokane. Last summer I had a sub contractor file a lien against one of my projects. Even though he had done shoddy work and had breached the contract by hiring an unlicensed sub for the work he filed the lien to try to get me to pay something he was not owed. The easy thing to do would have been to just pay it and move on. Instead, I hired Mr. Crockett. he was very careful to explain my rights and the procedure moving forward. Brad was very convincing in his arguments in court and in the end the Judge ruled in our favor. Dropped the lien as Frivolous, and awarded me my attorneys fees. I can't thank him enough. It's good to be right!

I don't have much to say except Fantastic Lawyer. He is very smart, aware and can articulate his words in the court room better than the guys you see on TV. I would use him again and highly recommend him to anyone else, Top Notch.
