Rowan Murdock, Associate Attorney, helped us restate a living trust that was 12 years old. She was extremely courteous and respectful, knowledgeable, searched our records and information with very experienced knowledge asking very appropriate questions, gave us great understanding and examples of the suggestions she had for updating out living trust, and the fee to update and modify and restate our living trust was amazingly fair. Office staff was courteous and efficient. Offices were warm but not flashy. Great experience! Mike and Anna Updated review: On our second visit to Moulton Law, Anna and I met with Heather Raddatz to go over and sign our restated Trust. Heather was fabulous. Truly cared that we understood everything we needed to know or asked about our restated Trust. She was respectful, very knowledgeable, explained things extremely well and if we didn't get it, she went through it again with a great attitude! It seemed that she took way more time with us than what an average time would be but she still spent the time to ensure we truly understood the technicalities and not just fly over them. She was very friendly, while being professional which is tough to do. One thing that impressed us the most was that she wouldn't pridefully give answers she shouldn't and passed us back to our Attorney for those questions rather than looking good and presenting an answer without authority! I'd also like to send a thank you and "atta boy" to Lance, who was very helpful to me on the phone, when I wanted to do a review but couldn't figure out how to navigate Google, to do a second review after I had already done an A+ review for Rowen. Lance walked me though the required procedure of amending my review for Rowen, as Google doesn't allow multiple reviews for the same firm. Lance had a great attitude, really knew the technology I needed, and incredibly friendly when I wasn't even a client of his. Thank you Lance and Moulton Law for great Client care!
