It has been wonderful working with Matt Luedke and Olivia DeVleming to qualify for Medicaid with the new law change. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their ability to work with State office made this successful.

Left three voicemails requesting information about father's estate with no reply. Sent a registered letter and left a fourth message. Received a very rude phone call from an assistant of the lawyer handling the estate, information given did not ring true. Requested assistant have lawyer send a copy of estate to me along with some answers to other questions. It has been a couple of weeks and there has been no response. Reply to response: Hi Matt, Thank you for your sympathy regarding my phone encouter with your office. It is regrettable that this is the only way I can get your attention now that you are unwilling to take my one yearly check-in call that lasts less than five minutes. Also, let's be clear, the issue is: where is the beneficiary living? My latest check indicates two different residences along with the change of mailing address to a PO box. Has anyone from your firm personally seen her conducting her day to day affairs from the house in the estate you are managing? Please check on these irregularities I have been trying to bring to your attention and let me know what you find. Also, I again request a copy of the most current estate plan. This is my THIRD request and I would prefer a hard copy. I hope this will resolve this matter before it goes any further. Thanks

My wife and I met with Matt Luedke of Moulton Law yesterday for a full hour. Introductory call but I had prepared them that I had many specific legal topics to cover and that it was OK to charge me for the time. Matt was very professional and knowledgeable and he freely shared his advice regarding the legal issues we are struggling with. We are looking at very specific legal structures for our businesses and it turns out this is not an area where Moulton Law operates. Despite this, I felt the guidance Matt offered was outstanding and I got a lot of value out of our discussion. He did not charge us for his time. I have nothing but great things to say about Matt and I am very likely to work with Moulton Law in the future when we update estate plans.

On a recent visit to Moulton Law Offices,Matt. Luedke answered questions, with clarity and satisfaction, that my son and I had asked. I always take away ,from meetings with Matt, a feeling of satisfaction and that he is doing his best for me.
