Mi nombre es Marisela Cervantes.recidente de tricities desde 1991...Estoy luchando contra una deportación desde 2011 mi caso es difícil yo lo se. Aqui en tricities en tres bufetes de abogados rechazaron representarme me dieron 0 posibilidades....pero yo no he recorrido un largo camino de lucha para rendirme...Confio plenamente en dios le pedí me guiara con el abogado indicado y asi fue...vino un abogado la iglecia era principiante vio mi caso y me dijo..tu caso es difícil me recomendó al mejor abogado de Spokane ..Hector Quiroga es el mejor asi lo definió el. Y ahora asi lo defino yo también. Gracias a dios vio mi caso me dijo lo que yo ya sabia que las posibilidades eran pocas pero vamos con todo...esas son sus palabras...teniamos poco tiempo el debia de trasladar mi caso de California a Washington...trabajó contra reloj hasta en domingo pero lo hizo!!!! ..Teniamos la corte en seatlle encima ya y consiguio mi traslado por horas de diferencia..hizo un Exelente trabajo como abogado fefensor...consiguio tiempo casi dos años y medio ..algo que yo no lo creía posible por ser un caso largo. Pero hector lo logró....Logró también una certificación para visa u...en un mes o menos algo increíble mi caslo esta caminando gracias a Dios....yo espero pronto se resuelva...de manera positiva. Awesome guy to be around or talk to. The issue is bad legal advise, lack of client representation,. My case started with a poor job of filing. It left us 7500 behind at the meeting of creditors. Hector refused to negotiate on our behalf the delinquent amount caused by his office. We then lost a vehicle as he didn't fight for us to retain it. -10k equity . He advised us on a property lein which proved to be bad legal advise. We fired him and negotiated ourselves successfully the arrearage on the plan, yet he could or would not. We then hired a new attorney for 2500 more to fix the plan mistakes but ended up withdrawing the chapter 13 altogether to save our hide from all the mistakes. These BK lawyers work every day with the court. They won't side with you as a client and cause any waves because you can be replaced and they have to deal with the court people for ever. Think twice before you hire someone to work for your good that has your best interest clouded by friendship with the court employees.
