With it being my first offensive ever, I was very confused and lost on the whole process. Thankfully Horwath law gave me a clear understanding of what to expect and how to prepare. My charges were dropped to reckless driving. Horwath law made the process very easy and smooth. They also have monthly payments which is a plus. I highly recommend them.

Dealing with a DUI charge is scary situation and I'm so grateful to have had Horwath Law by my side. Kelsey was amazing! She was able to educate me of my options and help guide me to the best decision for my circumstances. She answered my plethora of questions and concerns, was always prompt at responding to any calls, emails, filing all paperwork, correspondence with other agencies and keeping me in the loop of next steps and what to expect. This gave me a sense of certainty and definitely made the best of a terrible situation. Not, to mention she was supportive, non-judgmental and positive. Kelsey was also able to negotiate with the Prosecutor for lesser terms. Her experience and expertise were apparent throughout the entire process. In addition, I was able to make monthly payments for Horwath Law's services, which relieved quite a lot of stress. Overall, Horwath Law is a great team of people that were exceptional at their jobs. I will be recommending them to anyone in need of such services.

I never, ever thought I’d utter the phrase “I love my lawyer” but I definitely have several times over the last couple of months. I found myself in a really bad situation that could have had really bad consequences and I was referred to Horwath Law by someone that had used them successfully a couple years prior. Can I just say how happy I am that I called them? Kelsey was my lawyer, she walked through everything multiple times and made sure I was happy with the outcome, which was probably the absolute best I could have ever dreamed of (other than the case getting dropped - which was never going to happen). So if you find yourself in a jam because you made a bad decision, give them a call. You won’t regret it.

Horwath Law did a wonderful job in helping me out with my case, helping me understand what place I was in and what I needed to do, to help things move as swiftly and positively as possible. Was my first time DUI and I had no clue what to do, but they found a problem with my breath test results AND were able to get them supressed for both the criminal and DOL hearings. Got my charges reduced to a negligent and no license suspension or ignition interlock or sr22 insurance. They really saved my neck on this one, I am so grateful I went with Horwath Law.

I got dui case and never in a million years would think I would get it reduced to a negligent 1 i am so happy with how they handled my case and gave me the confidence I needed in a time like this

My wife was cited for speeding in a school zone in the town of Morton Washington mid July 2019 at 5 PM on a Sunday. At a reasonable fee Martin was able to negotiate with the town attorney to a non-moving violation of "expired tabs" at a much lower cost than the original $296 fine and the avoidance of years of inflated insurance premiums. We were pleased that Martin didn't just take our money and "phone" the case in. He really stepped up for us and faced a town judge with a reputation for being difficult to deal with. Beth his assistant was also very prompt and communicative with us from our first point of contact. Hope we won't need their services again any time soon but they'll be on speed dial!

The women who answered was not helpful and she seemed like answering my questions was an inconvenience.
