After I received an alleged carpool violation... I searched via google for many lawyers that could assist me with my problem. I then remembered that I had been taught that you should not select any lawyers who's names come up via advertisements, rather it be on the t.v., or through internet; but that the best ones are found through word of mouth. Luckily, I believe that I made the correct choice, considering I believe that I found the best lawyer that one could hope for in regards to traffic violations. I could not find Martin on any advertised sites. He was recommended to me via my boyfriend, who had only received one speeding ticket within the past x12 years(not that the time-span matters). Martin was happy to talk to you for hours, and confident in his ability to fight for you, no matter the circumstances. Needless to say, he did an amazing job with walking me through the process; and an amazing job with getting my traffic violation entirely dropped. In my experience, countless lawyers have been much less confident in his or her ability, and told me that there is nothing that they anyone can do. Martin was happy to help, and I would recommend him for anyone who receives "alleged" traffic violations in WA state. Thank you Martin.

I was speeding and got a ticket for $259. Besides the cost of the ticket, my wife and I were concerned about our insurance going up. I thought to myself "There's no getting out of this!" I decided it was worth having an expert handle my situation. I looked on the web for someone who was experienced and specialized in traffic tickets. Atty. Duenhoelter was clearly the best choice; 26 years in the business, and one of the first specializing in traffic violations. I emailed them a photo of my ticket, and they reached out. Martin and staff were respectful, straightforward, and honest about my circumstances. I was ready for whatever outcome might occur. But a few weeks later they went to court on my behalf and got my "speeding" violation dismissed! Experience counts!

A call to Martin Duenhoelter’s office was promptly followed up personally by him. No recorded messages or machines ever. Very professional and helpful. He and his assistant put my mind to rest immediately in regards to a speeding ticket I received. I never had to do anything except turn over my ticket, which he successfully got dismissed. No court, no hassle, no worry for me and every bit well worth the fee! They called personally to let me know the day it was dismissed and followed up with a letter to confirm. What a relief! Martin was amazing from the start. Got my ticket, and all that he needed for court. After he received my ticket, I didn't have to worry at all. He got it dismissed, which was amazing especially with the no insurance part. He worked with me financially no questions asked. Defiantly recommend him for any speeding tickets u have. So glad I chose horwath law, had a very tricky case with a very needy "victim" Angela was able to get my assault 2 down to an assault 4, with numerous witnesses and video... all that just to have the victim get the prosecutor removed from the case and his boss take it over, she fought tooth and nail to keep me out of jail and to keep a felony off my record after long negotions we got my deal back and was only required to do one 8 hr class of anger management I was looking at 6months To 3 years in jail and the victim wasn't settling for anything less thank you Angela and horwath law you guys are the best
