As an edit to my previous review, I have to change it to one star. At this point I feel like I have been fleeced over the years for over 10 grand, I have been ignored multiple times (both from calls and emails through the entire year), have had the wrong paperwork filed (granted I can accept I gave them the paperwork with the wrong dates, but three lawyers looked at it at the firm and no one caught it), swapped my representative the day I had court to someone I didn't know, and after talking to another lawyer, didn't pursue legal avenues that could have been available. In good conscious I cannot recommend them unless drastic changes are made. Edit: I just received a call from him to explain that the representative that I was working with in his law office no longer works there, and at that point it would have explained much of the ignored called and responses. I told him I would edit this review and make sure to update it to be favorable, but he decided it would be a great chance to lecture me about how much extra work they did for my case for "free" and how many billable hours it could have been when it was their mistake after having three lawyers check the paperwork that led to that situation, having my representative be swapped the day of court and not bothering to contact me to let me know my representative left his firm. I hired him for a flat fee of 2500 dollars, and I am extremely grateful he allowed me to split it between two months, but if payment is an issue because my billable hours would have been higher due to their choices, then he shouldn't offer that option anymore.

Rob is an awesome attorney! He has always been their for me & fought hard for my defense & always represented me properly . I highly recommend rob Melvin as your defense !! Couldn't say enough great things about this man! Hes a great attorney & a family man . 5 stars !

If your needing a lawyer this is one of the best. Let him help you beat that felony charge just keep your mouth shut and call a lawyer, as they say you have the right to remain silent and don't say a lot from the jail phone they listen and can use it against you.

Bryan Hershman is a knowledgeable and personable lawyer. He listened to our side of the story, our worries, and what we had been told by other professionals. Even though I was not legally a part of the case (my partner was), Bryan took the effort to get to know us both. He makes himself available (night and day) for his clients and treats us as a first priority. He also understands that nobody expects to be in a situation and have to pay for a lawyer; and is more than reasonable. We felt confident and well informed every time we walked into a courtroom with Bryan Hershman. I would recommend him to anybody seeking legal counsel.

Rob did not talk to me as a criminal, because I am not. But still he told me straight and honest and I'm back with my family. He is a down to earth person and everything I want for a person defending me. The thing that made me trust him is he is a family man first and an attorney second.

Saw him work in court quite a bit in Pierce County when I was a Public Defender there. Great Attorney. Very friendly, knows the law, and works hard for his clients.

In the past when I have heard people say they "have" an attorney I could not relate. I had never had a need for an attorney until a few years ago. Now I can say I "have" an attorney or actually attorneys, Spencer Freeman and Kim Shomer. From the first time you speak with them you can tell they are very intelligent and experienced. I felt very confident that I could place my trust in them to help us through our case. If you are looking for a firm that will represent you with confidence and the experience to actually fight for you rather than be pushed around Freeman Law Firm is the right choice.

Brian was not just attorney for most of all he is a friend that put everything on the the line in 1991 to beat a gang related double homicide in 1991 and never gave up until I was exonerated of all charges. RESPECT

got my ticket dismissed. good guy worth your time and money.
