I obtained Hershman when i was being falsely accused of burglary and theft in 1st degree. The public pretender would no doubt in my mind had me sent back to prison for 5 or more years, having Brain Hershman in my corner best choice i could have ever made. Brain Hershman is the attoney u want if your actually innocent of the crime u are being accused of. I only became convinced of Brian legal skills once i seen him perform inside the court room. He is by far the the only man i would trust with my freedom hands down, he is willing to work with you when it comes to attoney fees, he by no means is a cheap attoney but u get what u pay for. If u are looking to be found not guilty u hire brian. If u are looking to make a deal find someone else. This man again was the only man to believe me when i told him myside of the story, this man was able to have the case dropped before we actually had to go to trial. I cant say enough good things about him, if i ever find myself in a situation like this again i will have him in my corner no matter the cost. He was able to give me my freedom when it looked like i had no way out. Thanks for everything brian hershman, u are the only lawyer i am willing to put my life on the line with.

Kurt Stender is a good and honest lawyer and man which is very hard to find these days. He represented and stood by me on short notice through a gut wrenching family matter that went to court. He did not judge me or my family, but instead did everything that he could to figure out the best outcome and then guided and helped me do what was necessary to achieve that outcome. What I had to do was very miserable and difficult, but I could count on Kurt being only a phone call away with advice and help. After 10 long months, my family is now starting the long but needed process of healing thanks to Kurt's efforts. I'm giving Kurt 5 stars because he is a very genuine, professional, and great lawyer. Before hiring him I called around to plenty of lawyers most before even fully listening to my case "I'm gonna need $ payment" "Payment" "Payment" Not Kurt, not only did he take time out of his own day to talk about my case but he also gave me examples of what happened in some of his other cases which related to mine, that really helped me feel comfortable. I was facing assault 2 with a possible gun enhancement in which I believe is 3-9 months jail time. Kurt got it down to a gross misdemeanor, NO jail time! Need I say more?
