In the past when I have heard people say they "have" an attorney I could not relate. I had never had a need for an attorney until a few years ago. Now I can say I "have" an attorney or actually attorneys, Spencer Freeman and Kim Shomer. From the first time you speak with them you can tell they are very intelligent and experienced. I felt very confident that I could place my trust in them to help us through our case. I obtained Hershman when i was being falsely accused of burglary and theft in 1st degree. The public pretender would no doubt in my mind had me sent back to prison for 5 or more years, having Brain Hershman in my corner best choice i could have ever made. Brain Hershman is the attoney u want if your actually innocent of the crime u are being accused of. I only became convinced of Brian legal skills once i seen him perform inside the court room. He is by far the the only man i would trust with my freedom hands down, he is willing to work with you when it comes to attoney fees, he by no means is a cheap attoney but u get what u pay for. If u are looking to be found not guilty u hire brian. If u are looking to make a deal find someone else. This man again was the only man to believe me when i told him myside of the story, this man was able to have the case dropped before we actually had to go to trial. I cant say enough good things about him, if i ever find myself in a situation like this again i will have him in my corner no matter the cost. If you want your case taken seriously and to not just be given a bunch of bs excuses constantly I would definitely consider finding another lawyer. I hired Rob Melvin as my attorney in January 2020 for an easy 3rd party custody case where all parties were agreeing. Paid my retainer and talked to his secretary once. Fast forward to April 2020, the Corona virus pandemic had shut everything down in March. I hadn’t heard from Mr. Melvin or his staff in several months so I reached out. Mr. Melvin has no idea that not a single person on his staff hadn’t contacted me to get my case going at all. I got a lot of run around and unfilled promises. I was told that I would have some form of court papers April 16th. That day comes and goes and again I didn’t here from anyone from Mr Melvin’s office so I called again. I was informed finally on April 27th that the judge wouldn’t sign anything on the 16th and they put my case to be signed again on June 2nd. I called June 3rd to inquire about my case to find out, again, about how they never told me that my case got pushed back again because Mr. Melvin didn’t have all the paperwork that he needed for the judge on June 2nd. Mr Melvin was also on vacation during this time so I had to speak with his clueless associate. My case is finally completed, but I would never recommend Melvin Law or Robert Melvin to my family and friends if they need legal support.

Mike is my hero. I regret that I did not choose him at the beginning, and finally I was very lucky to have his help, the result is Dismissal of the case.
