Michael was kind and thoughtful but at the same time very determined to get us the best results with a minimal disruption to our lives. I would highly recommend him for ANY criminal defense case. After speaking with numerous attorneys and feeling defeated I decided to try one more. It was late on a Sunday afternoon when I left a message not expecting to hear from anyone. I was shocked 30 minutes later when Mr. Stewart called me. He was heading out for a family event but took the time to talk with me. He had a strength and confidence I hadn’t heard from anyone that gave me hope during the darkest time in my life. He was completely dedicated and put his heart and soul into every detail of my case. Although it seemed I had everything stacked against me and everyone else told me it was inevitable I would spend time in prison he dug deeper and came up with an alternative. He never waivered or backed down. He kept me focused and informed every step of the process. I am home with my kids today because of him. I am confident my life would be entirely different today if I didn’t make one more call.

All’s well that ends so much better than I hoped. ; ) Dennis is an impressive litigator who made an extremely difficult family law hearing bearable. I thought I would be way too afraid to testify, and he successfully argued that I shouldn’t have to. Best attorney ever!!!! Worked very hard for me to fight 3 felonys and I had prior felonys in the past. I was facing 3 years in prison, he got the prosecutor to drop it to 60 days home monitoring.
