I hired Kristal to assist me is estate planning and a pre-nuptial agreement. She was very professional and timely. She assisted me in getting an agreement that met both mine and my wife's needs. Krystal was a pleasure to work with. My accident was a rear-ending MVA in 2010, I hadn't expected to have too many physical issues, but as weeks passed my rt shoulder and arm pain increase with hand weakness. My physician is conservative and does not like writing letters about injury causes in legal cases. After all the imaging came in Krystal got him to review 25 years of medical records and conclude that my new symptoms were MVA related and would cause permanent future issues as my spine deteriorated. I know a lot of people complain their attorneys are hard to reach, but that wasn't the case with Krystal. She was very responsive to any inquiries or contacts I made. As to the settlement, I had some experience in valuating a case so had an amount in mind. I got more than 5K above that. She is an excellent attorney.

Ms McCollum Cowger was super in negotiating the resolution of Bad Debt that had gone to Collection after I had been 'laid off' for an extended period of time. She also advised me on how to effectively resolve Collections that had not already initiated a law suit against me...She went above and beyond and I found her to be of the highest ethics, best of customer service and professionalism!
