Mr Raffa helped a personal friend of mine get started with the insurance company after hours. She was involved in a motor vehicle collision---she was very grateful for his advice..

we used Mr Raffa many years ago to help us with a student loan issue (we had paid it in full but somehow the DOE was still trying to collect it through several collection agencies). It took a while but eventually, Mr Raffa was able to get them to stop, and in 15 years, they have never contacted us again!
