I cannot say enough about Mr. Berneburg. He is very effective, persuasive and is always in your corner. He will listen to you and he will hear you and he will do above and beyond his best to make sure that you and your best interest are taken care of. I highly recommend him.

Mr Berneburg is very knowlegeable on DUI cases , traffic matters,Domestic violence,and Department of Licensing issues. Jay did a super job in adjudicating my case. He's represented me on numerous occasion over the past decade! Yes Decade!! All issues aside all cases were professionally represented and I was satisfied with all the results. Not at any time did i have to serve jail time. I highly recommend Jay, he's quick and direct to the point and was able to get ALL issues reduced from the orignal charge.
