Very easy process and great professionals. I didn’t know where to start when I got hit and run, they helped me through the whole process. It was lengthy since the insurance denied the demand letter saying it was a “word vs word matter”. It was helpful that I had pictures and doctors visits to support my claim. No fees at all, it was deducted out of the settlement at the end. Natasha and Rachell sent updates throughout the whole process. They were super helpful tracking down info from my healthcare services info as well. Thanks again for the services!

My experience has been extremely positive with Mathew and Carlos. They are professional and know their jobs. I feel good about my settlement and they made it easy. They were very empathic about how drastically my life has changed. Carlos sent me a wonderful letter making me feel heard and cared about. My name is Kealii Torres. I'm currently working with strong law because of all the great reviews I've read, now I can't help but to think that these are just high rated reviews that their family and or friends put on the site to make them look good in the eyes of the public. I wish I could give them zero stars, because they have really done absolutely nothing for me. I'm just going to put it like this, I am fresh meat to strong law because I've never experienced an auto accident before and I have no family or or friends to help me along the way. I was single at the time when I aquired strong law to fight for me because I didn't know what to do. Strong law doesn't like my now fiancé Because she would tell me when they were giving me the run around she would tell me what to ask them. Although I will be getting 11k for my settlement which was supposed to hit my account yesterday 3/27/24 which was told to me by the legal assistant Chelsea and it didn't. I've called 3 or 4 times within an hour on the hour all day yesterday and only got forwarded. All I wanted is just to see what is going on or even to get an update because I really need the money right now. All I needed was an update from Chelsea the legal assistant or my lawyer Matthew they have not returned a call nor an email about my money.

I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service was outstanding. Natasha and Rachel went above and beyond to help me. I’m so pleased with the service I received from strong law.

I am super appreciative of the help and consistency of Strong Law fighting on my behalf from my car accident/work injuries. Shannon was the first person I came in contact with whom was nice and communicative throughout the beginning stages of reporting my car accident injures. LeighAnn then took over and sealed the deal with the insurance company ensuring that my injuries didn’t get ignored. Yes, it was a long process but all in all I am extremely happy with the outcome and the services they both provided since day one!
