Highly Recommended and one of the best. Her services were well worth it and if on the fence I would contact her office for a consultation and retain her sooner than later. I was hesitant to retain a lawyer because I knew my innocence but still found myself in a very vulnerable situation and unfamiliar with the military legal system. I also had a command that would not listen to my side and only saw me guilty. Jocelyn Stewart came highly recommended from a colleague so I gave it a shot and I was not disappointed. I chose to have her represent me for an Administrative separation board where my whole career and retirement was on the line and she did not disappoint. She was helpful and timely throughout the whole process. She came prepared, well organized, and her experience showed. She saved my reputation, a lifetime of benefits, and secured my future. Even though I knew I was not guilty of the allegations that brought me into this situation I don’t think the outcome would have been as favorable for me if it wasn’t for her. I would have never been able to represent myself as well as she did. For those service members that find themselves in these administrative and legal proceedings I highly recommend getting legal representation and not trying to fight it yourself. Trial defense services (TDS) was not helpful at all and after talking with Jocelyn TDS often provided very poor advice. It is disappointing that it is so hard for a service member to prove their innocence and receive justice through the military investigation and justice system as JAG personnel and commanders don’t require determining evidence as a civilian court does and often times disregard service members statements or manipulate them to fit their version of the truth or just try to get rid of the service member instead of finding the actual truth, substantiating evidence, and determining justice. But that is the system and it isn’t designed to help or protect the service member. That is why good legal representation is essential and when it comes to representation Jocelyn Stewart is a really good choice. She is very busy and flies around the country representing service members and yet she always found time to talk to me and assist me. Retain sooner than later as statements or actions you make during the process can work or be used against you. Jocelyn Stewart is one of the best and is worth the retainer fee.

This place is a money grab. Stay away, they charge outrageous consultation fees that do nothing to help. Do your research find an attorney, don’t contact these guys.

McKinley Irvin in Tacoma are great at BILLING you for nothing in the end. They bill about $500 per month to shuffle paperwork between themselves. Took me $4k to learn that and I finally got another attorney for half the cost who stepped in and resolved my case quickly and without bleeding me dry. Let it be a red flag that this place charges you a large fee just for the initial consultation. All they want is your money. They'll do nothing but bill you.
