Called there twice looking for legal advice. First tome was over a month ago, and still no return call. Flakes!!

I strongly recommend Cameron and Amy in any family law matter. They are an efficient and effective team. Cameron’s approach to my case has been incredible - he has a way of cutting straight to the heart of the matter in a very assertive, direct, yet tactful way, and his ability to press on just the right buttons at the perfect time is impressive. I can see why he has success in his cases. When emotions are high, he creates a real sense of clarity in the case. I am so thankful to have had Cameron in my corner to represent me. Her communication never left me feeling lonely. She constantly made sure to keep me informed about not only the process, but also what her and her team were doing. She didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions. Jocelyn was the reason I had a voice, my only regret is not finding her sooner to avoid some of the hassles the Army caused. She aggressively hunts down and finds answers. I hope to never be in a position that I need her again, though if I am, she's on speed dial.

When I decided to file for divorce at the end of 2019/beginning of 2020, I researched law firms in Pierce County on avvo.com and McKinley Irvin popped up with really great reviews. Not knowing what the hell i was doing, I forwarded the reviews and firm's website to a colleague who practices law, and she said to give it a go. When I called the firm, I was greeted by a professional and courteous staff member and eventually matched up with Lindsay Camandona. A week later, I met with Lindsay and immediately knew it was a good fit and that I wanted to move forward with retaining her. From there, Lindsay and her paralegal Jackie, helped me navigate the divorce process - which initially was tricky as my to-be-ex was out of the country. While we ultimately waited for him to return stateside, I felt the additional time gave us the opportunity to prepare for the next few months of temporary orders, court, CR2A, and eventually, final orders. I especially appreciated the responsiveness of Lindsay and Jackie - I had a lot of questions from start-to-end, as I always wanted to ensure I was moving forward correctly, legally, and in good faith. Of note for me in particular, was that Lindsay often removed the emotion of the process for me - as this was a particularly difficult for me and at times, I think my knee-jerk reaction would not have been advisable. Divorce sucks. Period. Lindsay and Jackie really made it bearable and I am beyond happy with the outcome. I shouldn't fail to mention that I was able to get my divorce accomplished amidst a pandemic. Hello, my name is Porter. I would like to tell you about my experience with Jocelyn Stewart as our lawyer. Long story short my son found himself accused of an offense that he did not commit. He works for the military and with little to no regard for actual fact finding the military quickly built a case against my son. Jocelyn is an amazing Lawyer. She fought for me like a relentless (but very kind) shark. She took apart the case of the government at every level and had the military board completely agreeing with our case. You cannot do any better than Jocelyn if you need someone to fight for you in a UCMJ case.

My divorce, as most are, was a rather emotional experience. Hiring Jayde and the McKinley Irvin team was definitely a good choice. Though at first impression I think Jayde thought I was just dragging my feet or not completing tasks requested by my ex, but as it became clear that I was doing my part I felt that she had my back and I had no fears moving forward even if it had to go to trial. Thankfully it did not. I strongly recommend the McKinley Irvin team to anyone needing representation in a divorce, you will not be disappointed.
