In the last part of the year 2000 I was injured on the job. I worked for a large manufacturing company in the state of Washington. My injury was very serious and required multiple surgeries and having to take many pain and nerve meds . I then went on worker's comp because I couldn't return to my old job or any other job within the company per doctor's orders. So I consulted with Bryan Stubbs and after he clearly explained what he thought I should do about my situation I hired Bryan as my lawyer. It took 15 long years and countless doctor's exams, x-rays, MRI's, rehabs, painful physical probings and tests, pain and nerve meds, traveling to exams in and out of Washington. Bryan was always aware of what I was going through and stayed in contact with me every step of the way. In the end after 15 years of all of the above mentioned we settled with the company and thanks to Bryan and his staff I received a awesome pension. Thanks to Bryan and his staff!!!!

Brian Stubbs and his assistant Jan was instrumental in acquiring myself a realistic pension from WA L&I.
