Poor performance, communication and decision making abilities. Would not recommend.

When looking for a lawyer, I was big on reading reviews and trying to find the right one to suit my individual needs. When I was referred to Cindy by a friend, I immediately went and read her reviews. I knew instantly she was a match for me. I had read another client state that she had "a heart of gold", and that statement could NOT be more accurate. She values her clients and truly cares. She makes you feel heard. She has taken the pressure off of me in so many stressful situations and put me at complete ease knowing she's on my side. Her knowledge is unmatchable, and she will go to all extents to help in any situation she can. I am so fortunate to have found her!

Definitely would recommend to anyone thinking about bankruptcy because of how well the handled everything. Overall very professional company that you can trust through the process. The staff goes out of their way to ensure your success and communicates very effectively to give you peace of mind.

Communication was good and they got the job done. Two big complaints, I had some back taxes I owed and needed to wait two more months to file if I also wanted those cleared off, it was $4000, my attorney encouraged me to file early anyway and not worry about that…I think he just wanted to get my case over and done with. I obviously did not take his advice. Then in court, the judge seemed to be very upset with this law office, he chastised my attorney for not getting my paperwork to him on time and said it happens everytime with this company and he seemed pissed off. It was troublesome, not fun to be represented by an attorney that a judge dislikes. I was expecting something much better and more professional. Luckily it’s all over.

Jocelyn represented me through an EO investigation and Board of Inquiry that I thought I didn’t have a chance at winning. The complainant lined up 5 witnesses against me and I had no one. Through careful research and amazing evidence finding she proved that the group conspired to corroborate their stories and got them to admit it under oath. She was incredible throughout the investigation and process. The only regret I have is not hiring her sooner. 10/10 recommend
