In December of 2020, I was pulled over by Washington State Police while operating a tractor-trailer through the Snoqualmie pass. I was traveling from Bellevue to Seattle on I-90 and opted to move past some questionable drivers (would rather not be near them both as they road rage with each other) and was pulled over shortly after going 20mph above posted speed limit. I tried explaining the situation to the officer to gain leniency but to no avail. Since I drive for work I didn't want this personal ticket affecting my job and insurance rate so I opted to have it fought. I will say for the price just under the amount the ticket itself would have cost for a hopeful "maybe" it can be reduced or dismissed I shot for the moon. They took my infraction number and my info and let me know my court date was scheduled for 10 months out (covid timetable). While it was nice that it gave me lots of time I was glad to get word back today that they got it dismissed! Definitely a weight has been lifted off my shoulders and will definitely refer back to them if I end up with any other situations. Will also suggest to family and friends.
