I received a speeding ticket in University Place, I have a CDL and so I couldn't just defer my ticket. I needed help because this effects my livelihood, I didn't want to go with one of those online apps to help fight my case because I wasn't comfortable of somebody representing me from Seattle, I wanted someone local who knows our courts down here in Pierce County and is familiar with the speed traps in our area. I couldn't have picked a better firm than Garguile Law, they where swift in responding to my email, took over my case, explained everything thoroughly and most important they gave me the peace of mind of I didn't I have to show up for court. They said they would take over everything from that day forward. I actually forget the hearing date so you can imagine getting an email telling that my case was dismissed, no fine, no record, no insurance premium increase, no stress and most important, I get to keep my clean CDL driving record intact.

I received a speeding ticket in a construction zone for 10 miles over the speed limit in Gig Harbor (in the Wauna area). I felt it was a bit unfair as it was just as the construction zone started and I was in the process of slowing down. I didn't argue and I just said, "I'm sorry sir." I then hired Garguile Law to hopefully get the ticket dismissed. They were very professional, laid out what was going to happen and how Pierce county works. The case was even delayed a few times due to COVID-19, but they kept me in the loop. I received notice today that they won the case and the infraction has been dismissed which means it will not be going on my driving record nor will it affect my insurance.
