Talbot refused to take my case when Ben was under him. Ben saw my case and called me 3 days later and he took my case and won. I was a scared 21 year old and he made me feel okay with the whole process. He told me from day 1 that the insurance had 3 years before court and it would take them almost 3 years to agree to settle. He was honest and compassionate. I would hire him again if I ever needed his help.

My philosophy is: If I need the services of an attorney, I need the best. If I don't need the best, I have decided that I don't need an attorney. I have had excellent representation all of my adult life. Others have retires and this guy is hands down the very best of the best.
