Even though I called when they were closing they were pleased to speak with me and answered all of my questions. They kept me informed all along the way. Especially with the mess caused by Covid 19. I would definitely use them again and I recommend them heartily and without any reservations to my friends!

I received a speeding ticket in University Place, I have a CDL and so I couldn't just defer my ticket. I received a speeding ticket in a construction zone for 10 miles over the speed limit in Gig Harbor (in the Wauna area). I felt it was a bit unfair as it was just as the construction zone started and I was in the process of slowing down. I didn't argue and I just said, "I'm sorry sir." I then hired Garguile Law to hopefully get the ticket dismissed. They were very professional, laid out what was going to happen and how Pierce county works. The case was even delayed a few times due to COVID-19, but they kept me in the loop. I received notice today that they won the case and the infraction has been dismissed which means it will not be going on my driving record nor will it affect my insurance.
