Reduced my 28 over to a non moving violation so it wouldn't affect insurance and lowered ticket cost so that it was on par with what I would have to pay (attorney fees included.) Really easy process highly reccomend for expensive tickets.

Tony Garguile, is a GREAT attorney! I'd give 20 stars if I could! Garguile Law, PLLC represented me on multiple infraction case out of Pierce County Court house.....Speeding 25+, No Insurance, No Registration, and Failure to Register Vehicle. Not ONLY, did Mr. Garguile get it ALL DROPPED, I didn't have to deal with the inconvenience of taking off time for a court date. They did a great job handling my 28mph over speeding ticket!! Called him up and talked for about 10 minutes, signed some forms and got my ticket dropped down to a non-moving when it went to court! Handled everything for me and was very courteous.

I'm very happy with Garguila Law service. Initially I was bit hesitated to trust but with the results, I'm impressed & feel's good with my decision. Received speeding ticket 34MPH over the limit & it had dismissed, worth sending money!

I'm a Canadian that received a ticket in Thurston County for Speeding 30 mph over and Negligent Driving 2nd degree. I was basically ready to pay the fines and accept the punishment until I happened to find Tony Garguile's profile and read a bunch of positive reviews on past cases. I inquired via his website late on a Friday, and Tony personally managed to give me a call to discuss my options and recommendations moving forward. He promptly got me a quote and we were able to quickly settle all the terms and conditions (everything was basically standard), and we were able to proceed within a day! The Monday following was the last day I could provide notice to Thurston County of my decision, but Tony and his office staff took care of everything after we signed the contract to have Tony represent me. In doing so, I as a Canadian, didn't need to take time off to go down to Thurston County courts and plead my own case. Today was the day of my hearing and he called me back towards the end of the day. I literally just received his email confirmation that the court has dismissed both tickets about 20 minutes ago. What a relief! Tony is super professional, easy to work with and patiently explains all the finer details in how he will approach your case and his Plan B's as well. He really stand out from others, and I couldn't have asked for a better attorney to represent me. I'd provide 10 stars out of 5 if I could. As much as I hope to never need to contact Tony again, I hope our paths will cross in such a way where I can express my gratitude in person. Thanks again Tony!

I received a speeding ticket on a long drive after a busy week. I was so frustrated as I drive many hours a week commuting to and from school. My dad recommended Tony, but I had never used a traffic lawyer before as I’d only had a couple tickets and had paid them right away. I decided to give Tony’s office a call, and they were immediately so helpful. The receptionist was able to pull up my ticket, let me know exactly what limitations and conditions were regarding the court (for me, it was that the prosecutor had not been showing up and therefore they would either be dismissing the ticket or it would be found committed), what the cost would be, how the process would work, etc. I paid a very reasonable fee, and I was done. Seriously, they take care of it all for you. I never had to appear in court, and Tony was prompt at letting me know what the verdict had been. Honestly, I’m so impressed and very appreciative of the work Tony and his team did. Thank you for alleviating some stress from this busy grad student’s life!
