I have used kelly Leblanc through all my custody issues for years. She is incredible and does what is best for the child. I would give 10 stars if possible. She goes out of her way for the protection of the child. .

David made the process simple and easy to understand. He was there every step of the way. He gives the option to make payments over a course of a few months if you cannot pay the full amount of the attorney and filing fees upfront. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to start over through a bankruptcy.

The thought of filing BK can be scary. My business and personal credit were devestated and I was drowning in debts. My sister has used the firm twice. James Beck assisted with an employment issue she had and Brad Maxa assisted with an insurance issue. She was very happy with the work they did and the outcome in both matters.

Painless and the constant reassurance of letting us know it would be okay at the end. We appreciate Mr. Yando and his staff for all the work they put in for my family and I. I would definitely recommend this to friends when they find themselves in a tough situation as we did. Mr Yando have us the hope we needed to put ourselves in a place to start fresh financially.
Nobody ever wants to file bankruptcy but when sleep deprivation and the constant trying to keep up with bills just gets to overwhelming it affects livelihoods then it would make sense to call David Yando.

Mr. Yando made me feel at ease during what I would call a very embarrassing personal situation aka bankruptcy. I also appreciated that his office allows you to do a consultation and then setup a payment plan. I would highly recommend him to anyone considering bankruptcy in Pierce County.
