Their attorneys may be good but I couldn't even get that far. After a screening where they learned I was unemployed and semi retired, they scheduled me for a $345 consultation. After the consultation I called back to pay my retainer. After a few questions being asked she basically told me I am ineligible to hire their attorneys because I was unemployed. I called and spoke with the manager for client services (Damon) who reiterated what the other gal said but gave me a couple options: 1) have a co signer that makes $75k+ a year or 2) pay twice the retainer which would be $13k. They knew I was unemployed but failed to give this information before taking my consultation money. Regardless of their policies it was such a hassle and am looking elsewhere. And yes, I am more than capable of paying their high dollar attorneys.
