We had an unfortunate circumstance where our property was damaged by our neighbor’s water leak. The situation went south when there was no acceptance of liability on the neighbor’s part. They then handed it over to their insurance company, which is where it sat. We were recommended to the law firm Conor worked for at the time. Conor took on our case, thoroughly and meticulously preparing and documenting. Unfortunately, the situation required applying some pressure on the defendants and their insurance company. Conor was knowledgeable about the process and willing to push when it was warranted - but not by any unprofessional means. We were able to settle the dispute through mediation. I want to note that during the process Conor stepped away from the law firm he was working for to go out on his own. We had no second thoughts about continuing the litigation process with Conor – it was a no brainer to stay with him.
