The Court Call dropped during our hearing and he physically ran to the court house to make sure he could continue to plead my case.

My daughter was unfairly ticketed by a state trooper who did not witness the slow moving accident in which the car slid over some gravel and bumped a guard rail (slow enough that airbags did not deploy). The state trooper was immovable, insisting there must have been too much speed. Fortunately, we called Martin Duenhoelter and I am pleased to say that he handled everything, got the case dismissed, and saved us the unfair ticket and increased insurance premiums.

After several successful hearings against an estranged brother in law, I still knew I need a more aggressive attorney. I reviewed several attorneys through various websites, including Avvo. As an edit to my previous review, I have to change it to one star. At this point I feel like I have been fleeced over the years for over 10 grand, I have been ignored multiple times (both from calls and emails through the entire year), have had the wrong paperwork filed (granted I can accept I gave them the paperwork with the wrong dates, but three lawyers looked at it at the firm and no one caught it), swapped my representative the day I had court to someone I didn't know, and after talking to another lawyer, didn't pursue legal avenues that could have been available. In good conscious I cannot recommend them unless drastic changes are made. Edit: I just received a call from him to explain that the representative that I was working with in his law office no longer works there, and at that point it would have explained much of the ignored called and responses. I told him I would edit this review and make sure to update it to be favorable, but he decided it would be a great chance to lecture me about how much extra work they did for my case for "free" and how many billable hours it could have been when it was their mistake after having three lawyers check the paperwork that led to that situation, having my representative be swapped the day of court and not bothering to contact me to let me know my representative left his firm. I hired him for a flat fee of 2500 dollars, and I am extremely grateful he allowed me to split it between two months, but if payment is an issue because my billable hours would have been higher due to their choices, then he shouldn't offer that option anymore.
