He took the time to address my concerns and gave recommendations on a fair split of property between myself and my ex-spouse. A divorce tends to bring the worst out in people, with both individuals feeling cheated or at a disadvantage, but Erik handled the situation very well and gave expert advice on remaining cordial to each other throughout the process. First contacted in mid-January, Erik helped us wrap up our divorce proceedings by early-May. Timelines will be different for every case, but Erik is very responsive and efficient with his work. 10/10 would contact again for any related law consultations.

Bjornson took $500 of my money to copy and paste my name into a letter to the court that was from a different case, then sent in another attorney to represent me who knew nothing about my case. He claims to have knowledge and skills to better represent military personnel. The reality is that he has figured out that it's really hard for military personnel to sue him for malpractice. Stay away. The guy is not a good lawyer, he doesn't give a damn about military personnel, and his ethics are reprehensible. The positive reviews you see are probably fake.
