I have gotten a dui charge during 2021 and didnt get charged yet cause of the whole pandemic so it took a while before i can get to court but what Ms. Buskirk assured me that it was not normal because of the pandemic so i trusted her and she recommended that i get on top of things so i know that i wont have financial situations later on and it proves that im actually doing my work and staying out of trouble and just grinding away and keeping my head down... but when i finally had court she was professional and knew what she was doing. Ms. Buskirk goes beyond without me thinking even though i kept asking questions, her team and her does a great job on top of things even thought you think are not helping they are actually im the background grinding to help you. Gina took over my case when a partner in her firm became ill with cancer. Gina did an outstanding job of securing the best possible outcome in my case through her knowledge of the law and skill as a lawyer.I appreciate the fact that she didn't hurry the case through but negotiated on my behalf until we were able to get the amended charge.

Gina was great in all aspects of this ordeal. She always would make time for me when needed. Her staff is very polite and quick when I asked a question or needed some information. As a public official I was facing six DV charges separated into three different cases, with a max sentence of 6 years. Gina was incredible from the start, informing me every step of the way exactly what was happening and what our options were and doing so in an easy to understand and straightforward manner. Starting with the arraignment Gina exuded confidence and was able to get me a drastically lower bail than the prosecutor requested. After just a couple months we were able to work out an excellent deal with the prosecutor and judge that avoids a trial and puts the power back in my hands, allowing the charges to be fully dismissed with no admission of guilt after a couple years. I can't recommend Gina highly enough.

Gina is a godsend! I had a second DUI conviction which rarely has a good outcome. Gina was thorough in her reports and making sure I start all requirements as soon as possible. She was able to get my sentence reduced to wreckless driving (which is a miracle!) with 15 days house arrest instead of 30 days in jail. I cannot sing her praises enough! I highly recommend hiring her!
