I hired James to assist me with a complex DV case. Not only did he provide peace of mind throughout the process, but he also listened thoroughly, responded promptly, and represented me effectively in court. James proved to be a great lawyer and also a bright light in the worst month of my life. I can’t imagine a better lawyer for any criminal defense matter.

They completed their agreed service and earned the agreed fees. Mr. White even went out of his way to get the charges dropped early, long after they completed the case.

Words cannot express the emotions I have right now. I put my faith in the Smith and White law firm and because of that I now have my life back. James and the office were amazing! I live out of state all away across the country and they took care of me. Stayed in contact and kept me updated throughout the whole thing, and I was even able to text James throughout the process which was awesome because I have a very busy work schedule and can’t talk much. James White definitely helped me with my problem. One of things I liked most was his speedy response to my contact during the process. If I had a question or expressed a worry he did his best to make sure I understood the process and to try and make me feel better. He also made sure to handle things during court in a manner that protected my privacy and lead to less embarrassment. I hope I don't ever have to, but I'd definitely use his services again!

So unfortunately i got myself into some trouble over the Summer and needed some good legal counsel. Mr.White responded back to my text messages at 11 at night.
