I am an attorney. My boss died and I purchased his firm. It was a difficult process dealing with money during a time when everyone was grieving. I didn't always act the best. Jason handled it well. In the end, we were able to get a deal that was fair to all. I want to comment on the one star review also.

Worst attorney we have ever used. He didn't forward over all the offers being made to us, instead kept milking the case till many more hours were billed then justified. We found out that an offer we were happy to accept had come in months before. This all came out in the arbitration meeting that would not even had been needed if he had discuss with us the offers being made.

We were in search of an experienced Attorney in the area of real estate/land/contract law, having to enforce our rights in an Easement lawsuit brought against us. Thanks to Mr. Whalen's representation, we prevailed in maintaining and securing our Easement Rights, and the lawsuit against us was withdrawn/settled.
