Janelle was the best case manager, thank you for your help!

This message is for Matt in the Utah office and Chelsea in the Seattle office of strong law the past three weeks have seemed like 3 years and has been hell for me and trust me in the may lay of all this I was very rude at times and honestly I would not of been surprised if Matt or Chelsea would of fired me as a client they had every rite to do so but instead everytime I got a message or spoke to them the first thing they say to me was hey we completely understand and we know it's frustrating waiting for everything to get finished up they handled me and talked to me like everything I was saying to them was very positive and it was not it was the opposite of that and they still treated me like I was being nice to them now that's what I would call being true professionals and everytime by the end of the conversation they turned a negative meaning me and turned me into a positive they are by far worth way more then there weight in gold for strong law and also thank you to the secretary who answers the phones she's a true professional I could tell when I called she listend to what I had to say and you could tell she cares thanks guys and gals for all your help stay safe and god bless
