I held back for a while before writing a review because I didn't want to act too quickly before really knowing. So here it is. I have a High Conflict Case. I will start 1st with Amber Wood, Mr. Schroader's paralegal. I'm not sure what her personal opinion of me is Child Custody Court is a rollercoaster and I have not always interacted with her at my best but in my opinion that's how it should be, me not knowing her personal opinion of me. Let me tell you what I know of Amber Wood. Her customer service is top tier, her professionalism is unmatched and her ability to meet you on a human level is so appreciated. I say that because we are all different and it takes a special kind of person to be able to deal with the public in high stress situations and deescalate, resolve and continue to preform at a high level. At the same time she is kind and relatable. There has never been a conversation that I have had with her that I didn't walk away feeling better from. Either explaining all of the legal jargon or updating me on what is happening or how the process works. Court is so very foreign to me and she has been my guide, steady, consistent and emphatic. I have never met her in person but her work ethic, her work, her words and follow through speak for themselves. Mr. Schroader is knowledgeable, professional and clearly loves what he does. The more I go through this process the more I wonder why anyone would want to do this for a profession but he does it and make it appear effortless. Some people have a calling and I truly believe this is his. I never second guess if my money is well spent because he shows up and puts his all every time. He fights for me,he is aggressive ,he is intelligent, he is honest and he is fair. Never have I ever worried am I paying this law firm and they aren't working for me. No, never. They plan, commit and execute. If I ever need representation again I will be 100% calling them . I know its hard to vet lawyers and trust reviews but this law firm is the real deal and you can trust that the money you spend is being used properly. These hard working individuals aren't going to just fluff your bill. They are putting in the work. They are real people who are fighting for you.

Mr Dennis was helpful and easy to communicate with fair and affordable rates, his assistant was always on point and made it easy for my it get in touch with Dennis and she answered every question that I’ve had that she could threw text which is a great feature for busy people and both were always nice , my case did not go exactly as planned at first but they both worked hard and never stopped working for me to get the results I wanted , I thank them for everything !
