Update! 10/16/23.................. Spent most of the day with my attorney Mike. He's a outstanding guy. Funny as heck too when you get to know him. Great sense of humor! However he taught me, never use the word " but " so I used however! On a seriously professional level absolutely 💯 the freaking best there is. He has a heart, most lawyers don't! Cares a lot, listens to all my needs and professionaly met them! Bought me breakfast coffee, and paid for a ride for me! And gave me a ride to his office! What lawyer does that? When I made a poor choice and needed legal representation , Michael Stewart's office helped guide me through the process from start to finish . Not only did I receive legal advice but during an extremely emotional time as well .Micheal was there to offer me advice to get my head straight from a friends stand point. I called The Law office of Michael Austin Stewart to get my two felonies vacated. I paid a flat fee and Michael handled everything within a couple months without me ever having to step into a courtroom. Both felonies vacated, rights restored, I can now completely move on with my life.

Dennis was amazing from start to finish. He was responsive and understanding. His staff always did their best to make sure our family was in the best place we could be. The case was very dynamic but they rolled through every turn without hesitation. I am grateful for him and his team.

Unfortunately I cannot reccomend Mr. Bradshaw to anyone due to his lack of performance and lack of communication. I paid my retainer to Mr. Bradshaw last year 2020, he went to one brief court hearing on my behalf, sent half a dozen emails to to opposing party and then stopped all communications with myself and opposing counsel. Around May of 2021 the opposing counsel contacts me saying they haven't heard from my attorney or I on the matter so they will be taking further actions at this point. Surprised by their accusations I attempted to contact my counsel thinking this had to be a mistake, this went on for about a week, and still no response. I wasn't going to wait any longer on the matter so I contacted the opposing counsel directly and began negotiation. Come to find out my counsel sent half a dozen emails back and forth and then stopped communicating with the other counsel a few months after the court hearing last fall. (It is now July 2021) I contacted Mr. Bradshaw yet again after I finished negotiations with the opposing counsel and achieved an end result to the matter. I did what I hired him to do so naturally I was a little put out but he did go to court for me and send emails and whatnot so I want to pay him for his time however I will never use his services again. I told Mr. Bradshaw that I handled the negotiations, that they hadn't heard from him, I couldn't get ahold of him, so they proceed with further legal actions due to lack of response so I had to begin negotiations with opposing counsel because he was unavailable. He claimed he didnt know about the further legal actions in the case, when I told him I wanted to end his services and get the remainder of my retainer back by the end of 2021 he paused for a moment and then informed me that he not only did he use the full $3500.00 retainer but also mentioned to me that he ran several hundred dollars over the retainer (in his one brief court appearance and the half a dozen emails sent to the opposing counsel) however he admitted to me that he was going to "be kind and just write off the additional expenses." If you want to waste your money and pay someone to not handle anything and do everything yourself he is the guy to hire.

I was rear-ended by a under age and uninsured motorist, who totalled my vehicle. Freeman Law Firm was recommended to me by my medical professional. They immediately took over the borderline harassing phone call and endless paperwork. I am a satisfied client, my back has minimal pain. Freeman negotiated with my insurance company -- my medical expenses were covered, plus a bonus check. Like to give a shout out to paralegal Amera Henley and Lawyer Lucas Nolta!!!

Would give 0 stars if I could. He fits the typical rude attorney stereotype. He only cares about the profit and money and it’s very apparent. He doesn’t care that he is dealing with peoples lives. You’re just another check to him. Don’t waste your money!
