All’s well that ends so much better than I hoped. ; ) Dennis is an impressive litigator who made an extremely difficult family law hearing bearable. I thought I would be way too afraid to testify, and he successfully argued that I shouldn’t have to. I realized that I wasn’t too afraid & would have been willing to testify … if he didn’t get the case dismissed quite so quickly! ; ) Yes!

Best attorney ever!!!! Worked very hard for me to fight 3 felonys and I had prior felonys in the past. I was facing 3 years in prison, he got the prosecutor to drop it to 60 days home monitoring. Mike is a true lawyer! Is he expensive? Define expensive..... He saved me from a judge who wanted to wrongfully fry me and the amount he charged me wasn’t enough. I want to fill the page with word statements such as “Excellent”, “Top Shelf”, Beyond my Expectations”. Etc Etc. What really surprised me was Jennifer’s approach in handling the extremely complex 7 year old Injury Claim, that needed not only Medical assisistance, but there was almost a year of back time loss owning as well. Jennifer’s Compassion was incredible. Jennifer took a case that had several issues at “The Board” and negotiated them with “NO Added Cost” to myself. In the matter of a couple weeks I was paid in full. Jennifer also worked to get the Claim moving forward post surgery for Vocational considerations, where 5 prior attorneys had failed to keep the Claim moving forward. I cannot recommend Jennifer Duran highly enough for “Workers Compensation” issues.

Kurt Stender is a good and honest lawyer and man which is very hard to find these days. He represented and stood by me on short notice through a gut wrenching family matter that went to court. He did not judge me or my family, but instead did everything that he could to figure out the best outcome and then guided and helped me do what was necessary to achieve that outcome. What I had to do was very miserable and difficult, but I could count on Kurt being only a phone call away with advice and help. After 10 long months, my family is now starting the long but needed process of healing thanks to Kurt's efforts.
