Nice Website but no return call

Visited this office for my immigration case. The staff seems very knowledgeable and experienced in their field. They always answer their phones during business hours and are easily reachable by email with quick replies! Gloria and Ji Min were soooo patient with answering questions and making sure I'm on track with everything that I needed. Decently flexible with payment and fair in prices. Would work with again.

A very bad experience with this lawyer made me waste my time, she canceled me and the day I went to pick up my papers, she reluctantly gave them to me, yelling at me and her own employee yelled so ugly and for doing nothing she stole 450 dls from me and she didn't I return my full money. I would never recommend her for any case. This woman has very rudeness., and I thank Ms. Gloria, she tried to do what she could, but her boss was a very bad person. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience trusting my immigration case to the lawyer Ji Min Kim. A few years ago, I started my process to apply for the EB3 with her. The EB3 has several steps and long processing times. For that reason, at that moment, I didn't find weird that the lawyer did not provide constant updates about my case. Long short story, after waiting for more than a year and half, and invested a lot of money in the lawyer/EB3 process fees and extra expenses that needed to be covert to help my process, my case was denied. Lawyer Kim gave us the option to appeal (action that of course have an extra cost) the decision and my sponsor and I said yes, but it was denied again. At that moment, my sponsor and I couldn't believe what was happening. For that reason, we decided to send all the paperwork of the process to a different lawyer. To our surprise, after the new lawyer reviewed the documents, she told us that from the beginning I couldn’t apply to this type of visa because I didn't meet one of the requirements. Also, she said that she could notice that during the process lawyer Kim and her group made many mistakes and manage the case in a deficiency way. My sponsor and me were shocked with all this information! We lost time, and money but above of all that we learned that some lawyers just want to take advantage of your needs. I'm writing this review to let lawyer Kim know how unsatisfied we were with her job, and to prevent others go through the same.

If you speak and write fluent English, do not waste your time with this firm. They are only interested in assisting those who are ESL to bill them the time it takes to fill out and submit paperwork on the client's behalf. On March 6, 2020, I paid their $100 consultation fee to speak to an attorney. only to have the same attorney not respond to a single one of my emails seeking expedited immigration requests. I have submitted all documentation on my own, without their legal assistance. Since this firm refuses to help, I have also reached out to 3 state representatives as well for assistance. 1/2/2021 Updating my reply to theirs... Here's the receipt from March 6, 2020. I suggest you shouldn't assume that people use their real names on the internet. But in this case I'll make an exception to prove my point. Your accusations of me lying and making it appear that I'm some crazy person putting up a bogus review provides even further confirmation that I wasted $100. By the way, I am a woman - with receipts. Check your emails from M Frank on 4/24/2020. You will find an unopened email without a single response from Ji. The situation has changed since April 2020; however I'm not going to waste my time asking for help from a firm that doesn't respond to their clients emails. Update 01/31/2022 My husband has successfully secured his I-130 visa to immigrate to the USA, WITHOUT ANY LEGAL ASSISTANCE! It took us a little over 2 years and alot of time spent calling the consulate and embassy abroad... but it can be done without legal moochers!

So far I have no complaints, Ji Min, is very easy to talk to and honest. Update: my daughter is now here in America thanks to them. They helped her all the way. They even called my daughter before her embassy interview and gave her confidence. Thank you very much and Good Job😊
