If you are reading this, you are probably in a similar situation as I was. Please listen to me and call her immediately. She is the only lawyer you should consider. She saved my life on multiple occasions throughout the process. She was upfront with her expenses from the start which seemed a little high at first but after a year of entanglement in the ucmj investigation process she never took advantage of me when I seemed desperate or weak. It was the best investment I have made and she never added unexpected fees. She answered my calls (personally) every time, multiple times a week for 15 months, often just to talk me off the ledge in between her trials and at odd hours. She was the only person I had to talk to at some points during my investigation. She informed me of the worst case outcome then the likely probability rather than what I wanted to hear and she fought for me with each new twist of this horrible experience. Jocelyn was my legal body guard guardian angel who protected me from the sexual assault man hunt and gave me the opportunity to continue on with my 18 year career that was in the balance. The so called "special victim" teams try every trick in the book to destroy innocent men and they are very good at what they do. Please listen to my review and call her if you are in need. She is an invaluable asset to have in your corner.

After my first phone call with Jocelyn I felt a sense of hope. She listened, cared, and asked questions. We had a very small window to work with and I don’t think any other attorney could have done what she did in that time frame. Her interviews were done in an extremely competent and professional manner and her response times were amazing- (we were dealing with a 9-hour time zone difference). She does not sugar-coat things or gave me any kind of guarantee to a certain outcome but fought this case like she was my big sister, and I truly consider her a trusted friend. As I go on to my next assignment, I will always have her on speed dial! Jocelyn is the most amazing person you will wish you never met. If you are seeking her help than you are going through a difficult situation, but Jocelyn is the one to help you get through it. She is brilliant and fierce in the courtroom and will fight for you harder than you might be willing to fight for yourself. She cares about her clients deeply and will leave no doubt that every avenue has been exhausted when the trial comes. She exudes confidence and expertise at all times and God help anyone who has to go toe-to-toe with her in a court room. The intensity with which she will fight for you will not be found anywhere else. She is truly a miracle and I will never be able to thank her enough for what she did for me.

When I first found out I should hire an attorney Jocelyn’s name was one of the first names who popped up on google. I immediately contacted her and she got right back to me. Knowing what I know now my search should have stopped there, but wanting to do my due diligence I talked to other attorneys from the Seattle area and across the country. Nobody else explained in detail the steps that she would take, and she was the only one who wanted to get started immediately even though I had a two week buffer before anything was really going to happen. Jocelyn put me at ease and immediately got to work with me. Jocelyn took my case personally and it showed in my rebuttal memo. I am still unsure of the outcome but I could not be happier with the product that Jocelyn gave me.
