Nothing but praise for David Smith and his staff. He was understanding of my circumstances and directed me to the right solution. He and Angela kept me updated on every phase and I never had to call to see what was going on. My bankruptcy case was handled swiftly and I am referring friends to use this law office and will use them again.

David and his team have helped me with several legal matters over the years. He has a great team with him and it seems they are always willing to bend over backwards to help accommodate their clientele. David made an extremely stressful process go much smoother than i originally anticipated. David's calming nature, but ability to get things done in one's favor was extraordinary. David's knowledge of the end to end process, while customizing to each indiviudal need was impressive. While i was impressed with the intial service provided, i became truly grateful due to his follow up months and even years later. David is kind and courteous, but fights for what's right. Per the other reviews, David Smith runs a great Law firm! Always available, never looses composure and ensures that you the client "stay on track". One unique quality David has compared with other lawyers that I have consulted with is that he will advise you if you have a reasonable case or claim without wasting money. He describes the risks and possible actions that are associated with your case. I would and have recommended David Smith for legal representation. Thank you all so much.

We have used at least a dozen attorneys over the 20+ years we have been in business. I first called David at 6 PM one evening - he asked us to come right over and continued to work with us for several hours into the AM hours. I was blown away and knew we had found someone extraordinary. He continues to work closely with our very complicated case, never judging and always caring. This is probably the most stressful of life has been to date, and I am so incredibly grateful that David is there for us.
