Kelsey was instrumental in getting an anti-harassment order dismissed for me. Her calm demeanor and steady confidence helped keep me grounded throughout the entire process. When I was dealing with allegations of Domestic Violence from an ex who was trying to utilize this for other matters, Kelsey took me on and made me feel safe. Her assistant, Alycia, was very respectful and prompt about returning calls and assisting me with anything else that needed to be done. Granted, I knew that I needed to do my part. I had to collect all of the data and point out details that I felt were important. But, Alycia and Kelsey went through all that I submitted and were able to drive it home. In the courtroom, Kelsey was straight and to the point, didn't show aggression to the judge or anybody involved. I can honestly say that I highly recommend Kelsey and her associates to anybody needing assistance in this department.

I am a few days shy of my 58th Birthday, retired from the US Army with a Masters of Science Degree. I prided myself in being a law abiding citizen and could not understand the public's distrust in the Police. I discovered why early on Thanksgiving Day 2014 when a police from Lakewood pinned me for Criminal Trespassing in the third degree for entering a house i believed i was invited. All the evidence i produced to them they effectively ignored, since they are divine and know all things. I suffered from depression. Kelsey comforted me in naturally believing what i told her. This was a breath of fresh air, as i have often doubted the work ethic of the younger generations. She answered every email that i sent her, as we agreed email was the best form of communication, which would allow her to talk with me even if she was in court. She kept telling me that the first chance she had to talk with the prosecution was during my pre-trial. i had difficulty in accepting this, however after talking to many other defendants at our pretrial, as their were at least 30 cases on the docket at my time, and they attested the prosecution ignored the calls from their attorneys. Therefore, she was right and knew the system. I watched the attorneys swarm over the prosecution before the judge entered. I had yet to see Kelsey, as i did not know what she looked like. I just believed she knew what to do. Soon, she came through the gate where we were sitting and called my name. I followed her out of the court and she told me she got the good deal she wanted. And it is a good deal. No conviction, no jail time, and no record, and a monitoring fee that is less than one half of a court date attorney fees. So she was also working to save me money, which to me is a godsend. I trusted her and she came through for me. I seldom right reviews, however, knowing the fear i was suffering with, especially being innocent, i want to help others who fall victim to our unjust justice system. She is an oasis in a long hot dry desert. I am so glad that i trusted her, in that i can stay with my wife and two children, and not in a orange uniform in jail. I will keep her in my prayers.

Performs professional and carries herself as an expert in the courtroom setting. She knows what to do and does it, almost making to look too easy. She radiates courage and confidence. I felt so relieved and at peace sitting beside her in the courtroom, as even my fear of the judge vanished and my sadness for the prosecution as it was so evident he was in a battle in which he lost. If you want the best, I would recommend you give her a call. She knows what she is doing and has powerful determined eyes to keep the court where she wants it.
